How to fix " Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 has stopped working " problem / the solution

hi dude , i have this problem not when i go to play an exhibition match but when i go to edit > league/cup > detaile settings to fix something , then it stops and says " Pro evo soccer 2013 has stopped working "

well, the spesification is like this in my laptop: Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU B820 @ 1.70GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.7GHz Memory: 2048 RAM DirectX Version: DirectX 11 Approx. Total Memory: 1122 MB and in the GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 610M so, can I play PES 2013 with this specification like this in my laptop?
