Hi! Finally did u use the new board or just the analog? I bought new analogs and clean everything with alcohol, but still strong drift and don't respond to my movements. 😢

im having the exact same issue right now, I replaced the board and analog stick and the my square button and stick still isn't working, I think its the connection to the main circuit board so I'm gonna replace it the ribbon the connects the two boards and clean everything up but we will see.

Hello Sir, this video of yours is really helpful I just want to ask/ get advice from you if I do need to replace my analog stick if this is the problem I encounter: The first games that I have when got my Ps vita for the first time doesn't really needed the use the "right analog stick" amd mostly I just play psp game with it so when I re-moded my vita and download Ps vita games I notice that when I play "Dead Nation" and "Assasin creed chronicles" that the right analog stick doesn't function well when it comes to moving the game camera for aim. when I move right to down "right analog stick" seems working fine but when I move it up and left it doesnt function at all. In this Problem sir what should I do?

I need help i have a modded vita and opened adrenaline the app it stated by the up arrow not working but then both analogs stopped working i rebooted it and the up arrow worked but the analogs stopped working like they were never there not even in vita test

Do you have any plugin installed iirc, some plugin may "accidentally" disable your controls, you can find a video/guide on how to disable plugins

but if you disconnected the analog and it was still doing that, how was the analog stick the problem?

It wasn't.. the 1000 model he is using has Hall Effect joysticks that can't have drift.. it had to be the DPAD buttons.

​@@james-rr4dw A question, I bought a Vita like the one in the video a few days ago and it has drift on the right stick, the left one works fine so then I changed the locations of the 2 sticks and then The joystick that i thought it had drift It's working fine on the left side but the joystick that I know was fine doesn't work on the right side so my question is: what could it be? The first thing that could be the right plate, but could it also be the cable that connects the right plate to the motherboard? Or could it also be the motherboard? Because I could already confirm that it is not the Joystick. Sorry if the message is too long😅.The answer would help me a lot

its acutally quite easy to replace if it still have signs of use then good cuz its only your stick and a a good third party replacement is 9$ and easy to replace just take time and patience and help if you cant keep your hands steady lol

For anyone coming here with this issue. Analog stick drift isnt possible on the model he is doing as the model 1000's have Hall Effect joysticks.. so this video is pointless.

Bruh. Analog drift is possible on hall effect just less possible. It can corrode and can get dust.
