Hey brother, this video was of so much help. I thank you for this. I went to O'Reilly's and bought the brown Viton o-rings that are for fuel and that stopped the leak. Sure enough Harley wanted $70 dollars for a check valve but you saved the day thanks.

Thank you sir. Mine wasn’t leaking but when I remove the tank just the line to the injectors would weep a little, and that o ring was looking cut up.. I purchased the Vinton O ring set from Harbor Freight $10,, dug out the old o ring in my fuel line and used A009 o ring. So far so good.

Thank for the Intel gentleman. 2.00 pick set from Harbor and a trip to the local gasket making shop produced a close enough match for the o-rings. I did remove the tank to get to the upper ring. shot some silicone lube and re assembled took it for a test drive and it appears to be a success. Less than one hr start to finish.

@@motorhead883_8 hey yes i do have spark(i got a wicked shock),but when i came home today there was gas dripping from the coupling so i disconnected it and took the tank off cause its leaking from the tank fitting and idk how i get that o-ring out of there, tweezers?
