We had a upper lid jam and could see the paper but not how to get to it. The green lever shown here lifted up exposed the culprit paper. Thanks from me et ux.

I have m4345 mfp 13.01 open tray indicated but no paper at all, just open and close the printer tray it runs again,,,please help me...

Check your paper plug sensor. It maybe no spring to return to proper position Part number RC1-0060-000

@@Okipentv This happened after I removed the tray 1 paper pick up assy to clean it without changing the position of the sensor and I installed the tray 1 paper pick up assy without changing the position of the sensor, and after I looked again the position of the sensor was the same as what was written in the service manual ,, is it is it because of the spring from the sensor or because of the solenoid ..?
