Ok, so at 13:55 you say it’s broken, then you wiggle it a bit behind a metal sheet so we can’t see what you are doing and at 15:06 it’s fixed? Very helpful, thanks! Nice to see how it’s disassembled though. Although a P2015 is really ancient history and no one should use that anymore 🙃

paper tray I get a "jam in tray 1" error message. I have followed all of the trouble shooting steps and still have been unsuccessful in getting printer to print again. I have checked to make sure there is no paper anywhere. I have reset the printer a couple of times. I have tried to print a cleaning page but it will not do that either. It will act as if its going to print but then give me the "jam in tray 1" error message. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem? thank you

Have the same error on hp laserjet 2055dn. The sensor works because it starts when i put paper in tray 1 but will not feed and prompts paper jam tray 1
