It's a temporary solution. I checked with Samsung uae first they said it will be resolved on update, update already came 4 5 days ago now they are saying this problem is from whatsapp and whatsapp is saying this is Samsung issue. It's a beadache Better to shift whatsapp business.

Will all my data be restored in WhatsApp when i uninstall dual whatsapp and back it up? That includes pictures and all will show up on gallery again

This is not a permanent solution.. Folder goes missing again within a week.. And document folder are completely missing even after reinstalling.. As a result, I am not able to open any pdf file..

Fyi... Not finding any solution I replaced the second copy of whatsapp with whatsapp business... at least Now I can access To my media
