Great job Master. Did you use the same CPU and reballed it? Because it didn't seem to be a new CPU. And for a galaxy s5 almost booting successfully but the current reaches 2Amps and the phone reboots continuously. Can it be the CPU issue or power ic? Or even a software issue?

Just trying to figure out how you are diagnosing....you obviously know what you are doing, but you state to test current and that standard "current" is 4.5v and it is measuring at 1.8V. Current is in amperes and it didn't seem to go anywhere above .21amps when DC supply was set to 4.8V. So I'm confused about this test and what you're saying. What are you setting DC supply to when testing for current draw and what should the current draw be (in amps)?

Yep, we made mistakes, the current is amps. The normal voltage for power on is 3V~5V. The current for power on starts from 400mA and reaches 1.2A~2A

You're lying because at the end of the video you didn't put in the motherboard that was repaired, rather you put in a new one that hasn't been repaired before.

Also, how do you know there are no parts missing? I saw several empty jumpers where a resistor or something could have been placed. Where do you get BGA reball template?

bad work 😒 when u cleaned the pins on the board using solder wicks the soldering iron temperature was low ,, the soldering iron tip is not compatible ,, the pins on the board didn’t get wiped perfectly. and i don’t believe that phone working from a job like what i saw
