I've done tons of micro soldering but i've been too chicken shit to do this connector on my note 10+ until I watched you do it so easily, AND showed us scavengers where to easily get the replacement part. I'm surprised this fixed the issue, the temperature sensor for the Note 10 is located on the wireless charging coil, it's a single resistor. The issue tends to be caused by a disconnect of the wireless pad from the board, occasionally the solder joints split on the connector.

What happens is that the fpc connector on the mother board cracks and looses connection to the wireless coil you’re talking about. And thus causes the phone not to charge as it is not reading the temperature anymore.

So this is also true...i realised that because the wireless coil is disconnected it is not charging so after connecting it back it works. This happened when the phone fell and it got disconnected

You can source them from old samsung batteries, like S7, S7 edge, S8, S8 plus. The connectors are exactly the same.

Need to clean old solder with a wick, and add new solder. The one they use from the factory kinda like play dough cracks real easy and causes issue as well.
