I was able to fix two Segway’s using your method. Didn’t need to open the battery.

Mine is flashing green until u try to charge it and then it goes right into flashing red, plug the charger and it goes right back to flashing green again. It’s the same if I plug it in normally, or if I jumper it the way you showed in this video. Suggestions?

Hey sir. Great video. I had similar scenario and troubleshooting but I think I have something else going on perhaps. My light is flashing green, however when I put battery on and try to turn on unit still will not come on. I pull battery off and light is solid red for a couple seconds and then starts back flashing green. Any idea why when I put it on it does not work and goes solid red ? My best guess is some sort of short in control board

Have you taken apart the shell to the battery and pushed the reset button?

I have mini lite it has only one hole on the cord. So I will have to cut it. I wonder if mini lite also has a button inside of the battery

My segway battery shows flashing red light when charging and the charger shows a red light, when I unplug it it is flashing green. The segway won’t turn on and occasionally turns on if you repeatedly unplug it and re-plug it in until it eventually works. when you plug it in with the battery attached, the battery symbol on the segway shows full bars. Any help?

I haven't encountered this before. Maybe you need to reset the battery? I am unsure though.
