Bro u just solved my problem by uploading the video almost I gave up I was planning to sell my activa because all the mechanic where I showed my vehicle failed to solve the issue I have nearly spend three to four thousands for self start almost everything had been changed including relay cdi self motor but finally after seeing ur video my problem got solved thank you bro keep uploading such videos

Recently I cleaned the bendix drive on my 2007 Hero pleasure. It was making noise when starter button is pressed. I opened it and clean with petrol. I got to know from a mechanic, chain lube works best for lubricating bendix. I lubricated the bendix with chain lube and assembled it. It's working perfectly now.

For those who don't want to spend money on new Bendix if the gears are ok ..You can literally buy a Bendix repair kit costs around 50rs.(I have an acess 125 and bendex's spring was in compressed condition .I replaced it + Greased the inner gear..it works but still sometimes the selfmotor spins without clicking the Gear mesh)...it Has 3bushs ,a spring and a lock pin... Which solves the provbelm

Very informative video.All the best for your upcoming videos. My Wego has a problem of starting in the begining of the day. Another complaint is it misfires when run on 60 to 70 kmph speed.Then I run it at speed of 30 to 40 for few seconds then again it runs on high speed and problem is repeated.Do you suggest any solution?

Is this the ONLY thing that could cause the scooter not to start? ...i remember watching some videos many years ago and they recommended changing to solinoid (whatever that is), or the magneto??? ...or one more thing which i forgot. So, this mechanic would ride around with these 3 things in his bag and when he diagnosed a scooter not starting - it ended up always being one of these three parts. I wonder if these make sense.. I guess it will be good to know what ALL the possible problems might be (for a scooter not starting). This i would LOVE to learn about. Your videos are amazing! Thank you for making them. And you have a good sense of humor too. This video was well shot by the way! I own a duke 390 like yours and you are one of my go-to gentlemen for advise on my bike. Thanks : )

Meri Honda Dio hai, subah start nahi hoti. Garmi me bhi aur sardi me toh bhot der me. Lekin 1 baar start ho jati hai toh koi problem nahi aati, phir 1 hi self me hoti hai din bhar. Kya Problem ho sakti hai ki subah bhot der lagati hai, kich bhi marna padta hai, choke bhi leta hun.

Yup... You should disconnect the battery in my opinion... also park the vehicle on main stand and cover it with some cloth or proper cover... Also do something to protect from rats
