Yea. They replaced the metal diveshaft with a plastic one.

His motor seems to be smaller than a standard bestway pump. With the A hose connector being much shorter… probably far easier to remove than one with the longer stem.

It took a power-drill to get the motor screws out. Then the assembly seems to be held to the body with large circular bolts that are near impossible to turn? Did you encounter this? The video suggests that it just comes out easily. I'm stuck trying to get it out since the fastening bolt won't turn.

Mine came out just as easily. It's the same motor I think (flowclear model #58511), came with the 10ft bestway steel pro Update: this didn't work for my motor, not sure whats the issue since it's only 3 months old.

@@letiziapassanisi9967 nothing they must have changed the model so you can't take it apart! So you will have to buy a new one!

This one is push in. SOME models have another screw ring on the top/ filter side. UNDO the screw ring THEN the motor will come out the bottom

Same here you have to unscrew the white plastic ring on the bottom close to the top of the bottom
