How to Fix the Microsoft Excel Circular References Formula Error

If you open a Microsoft Excel workbook and get an error that says "There are one or more circular references where a formula refers to its own cell either directly or indirectly. This might cause them to calculate incorrectly. Try removing or changing these references, or moving the formulas to different cells.", you might find it hard to figure out what data or formula is causing the error. Fortunately, if you know where to look, Excel will tell you exactly what cell has this error and then you can change your formula to fix the problem.
