You said they’d give you a free full replacement, well I sent a perfectly fine iPhone 7, there were not internal or external damages, the phone was deactivated by Apple themselves, I asked for a full new replacement and now they’re holding my money

Well anyways refurbished isn’t bad that’s really good. But sometimes I get phones online and fix them with this program and I managed to get a brand new phone one time. And yes even if they send u a brand new one the won’t ever send it with the charger because you should already have it. Your just replacing the phone not everything you know.

I bought a iphone 7 128gb which is cosmetically fine small scratches on the screen here and there. But the seller didnt send a charging cable one I get that I'll try seeing if i can update it or activate it. I won it on a ebay bid it only had an activation error and the fingerprint doesnt work idk if this is true. Yes!! Don’t tell them the home button doesn’t work though. Just send it to them. Tell them is in perfect condition. They have to change the logic board anyways so they have to pair a new home button to the phone. Give it a shot but I would recommend not telling them it’s broken and just send it to them

You can still do it. Your phone is valid for this only 3 years out of warranty. If it’s been longer and it’s out of warranty you cant
