Went online, ran the network netsh commanl, did other diagnostics and discovered mail.Ru changed my IP address settings even after using malwarebytes to remove it. Set my DNS to automatically detect and I'm back online. Thank you very much.

I use a VPN sometimes, my best guess is that when not properly logging off this VPN after using it, my ISP thinks im in a different country or something, and will not connect. Brilliant, I am I.T Tech feel like an Idiot I was working on clients Laptop could not connect to my Router wireless or Ethernet, tried every thing so thought. I never considered that Client had set their own fixed ip address , but once I set it to obtain automatically I was away , big thank you !

Ultimately, it was an issue with the driver in my case. I was using the latest NIC driver provided by my motherboard manufacturer (ASUS) for my Intel NIC. The problem went away after installing the latest driver directly from Intel.

nothing works. i dont understand. ive restored everything, tried every step, ran all sorts of malware scars and removals, deleted so many programmes because I thought they would block the connection, updated, rollbacked, unintalled wifi drivers, I seriously don't know whats wrong anymore. Does every other website work on your desktop browser? It sounds like something is blocking the KZbin content delivery network - are you running some kind of adblocker browser plugins, or antivirus software? Turn them all off and try again, then turn them back on again until you find the culprit
