Haha I just fixed the zipper on my bag except the teeth went into the fabric of the bag so a much more difficult fix than this 😂 just pulled some teeth out so I had something thing to hook the zipper onto

That’s a metal zipper. Can you do it the same way with a nylon coil zipper ( reconnect the teeth at the bottom of the zipper)? I have parallel zippers on a diaper bag which has a nylon cord zipper which the pull came off on one side. Both ends are sewn down in both zippers. . How do you repair that?

On a plastic separating zipper - pin and box still there but it won’t start zipping up. The heat seal tape is worn but smooth. The pin goes through the zipper pull but not into the box. Without zipping the pin fits perfectly into the box. Help please. Do we open the zipper pull a bit to let the pin go through and into the box. Thanks. Sounds like the slider worn out. If you can find a replacement slider, I'd recommend just changing that out.

The best way to repair it is to undo the stitching to expose the ends.
