My Motherboard is brand new. Model from 2023 from azus. I activated the TPM and Secure Boot 3 times, activating and deactivating. Still windows would not install. You saved me mate! Thank you.

Thank you so much. The weird thing is that TPM 2.0 and Secure boot are active according to the Bios. I even had Win11 installed in this very PC before but now with a new installation on a new hard drive it just wouldn't start. Installation does work now.. so again Thank you.
