Here Are The Steps to Fix This Product Cannot Be Installed on the Selected Update Channel Microsoft Office 365
Method 1
1. Click Close Button
2. Search regedit
3. Click Registry Editor
4. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE By Clicking on 〉
5. Expand SOFTWARE By Clicking on 〉
6. Expand Policies By Clicking on 〉
7. Expand Microsoft By Clicking on 〉
8. Expand Office By Clicking on 〉
9. Expand 16.0 By Clicking on 〉
10. Expand Common By Clicking on 〉
11. Right-Click on OfficeUpdate
12. Click Delete
13. Click Yes Button
14. Close Registry Editor
15. Restart Your Computer
16. Now Try To Install Office
17. Done!
Method 2
1. Search regedit
2. Click Registry Editor
3. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE By Clicking on 〉
4. Expand SOFTWARE By Clicking on 〉
5. Expand Microsoft By Clicking on 〉
6. Scroll Down Until You Find Office
7. Expand Office By Clicking on 〉
8. Right-Click on ClickToRun
9. Click Delete
10. Click Yes Button
11. Close Registry Editor
12. Restart Your Computer
13. Try To Run Office Setup File
14. Done!
Method 3
1. Copy Link:- aka.ms/SaRA-of...
2. Open Your Web Browser
3. Paste the Link & Press Enter Button on Your Keyboard
4. Open Downloaded File Location
5. Doule-Click to Run The Downloaded File
6. Click Install Button
7. Wait For Download to Finish
8. Click the 'I agree' Button
9. Wait For Process To Finish
10. Check The Upper Check Box To Select All Office Products
11. Click The Next Button
12. Check This Check Box
13. Click Next Button
14. Wait For Process To Finish
15. Click The Restart Button. This Will Restart Your Computer
16. Now Try To Install Office Setup File
17. Done!
Method 4
1. Click the File Explorer
2. Click This PC
3. Open C Drive
4. Open Program Files Folder
5. Open Common Files Folder
6. Open microsoft shared Folder
7. Now Delete ClickToRun Folder
8. Close File Explorer
9. Restart Your Computer
10. Try To Install Office Setup File
11. Done!

Seems like I will have to follow method 3 to uninstall the damn thing, then find another source to reinstall Office entirely. So weird, my old copy always worked with english + spanish + portuguese, but it's refusing to install language packs all of the sudden. The registry thing worked. I had office 2021 LTD from my past company, then I uninstalled it ages ago, and at the new company they gave me the 365, and that weird error popped up. I new that was something related to left overs from the other office, but didn't know where to look at. THANKS!
