If you have "No Internet Connection", it's might be because CapCut is not allowed in your country. For example, India. (They ban a lot of Chinese App). In order to fix it, you have to use VPN and change to another country like Japan. If you have "TikTok linked with another CapCut account, you will need to logout your current CapCut and relogin to the one link with TikTok. I hope this answers those who might have these two issues.

Another solution if you're not signed in with the tiktok account on capcut but just linked it for the sounds u can sign out of ur capcut account and sign in with tiktok, (yes u can still use the sounds) thats what i did!

Have you updated your CapCut? I think now the login menu is on the right side of the app when you open it.

What type file is your audio? I think CapCut supports audio files like MP3, WAV, WMA.

You wouldn’t get any date associated to your CapCut ID unless your project is back up to the cloud, which the cloud function is still not fully available to all users yet.

@@soniazamany1117 you only can backup draft if you uploaded it to the cloud. If you just had the projects under edit, it’s gone once you deleted CapCut, and can’t get it back. The function at the bottom is only available in county; just got open to the US region. I am not sure where you located. The function might not be available there.

Not every country has the stuff at the bottom on CapCut, only certain countries have that. If order to see, you would have to use a VPN to change to those countries (like Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, etc) that have this feature.

@@Diana-L- I don’t know another way at the moment. If you watch my video, you can see I have a free, vip and history option on the app. I am not sure why you don’t have that option for the same app. Maybe try another VPN app instead.
