Her being the only tiny with semi-realistic proportions makes me wonder if she was intended to have a version with looking like an actual child, or if she's meant to be as old as the other Mitas and became that tiny because Crazy Mita cut parts of her body off and she patched herself up with what was left.

There's no questionable mods on there. They used to be the only place to upload mods but they've since said to stop and to just upload to nexus mods. The discord devs will hand pick ones to showcase in the server though.

If the game doesn't start or the skin won't work you can always verify the game files within steam and it'll re-download the original files. There is a custom model manager on nexus mods you can try and see if that works. I haven't used it though so I don't know what to do.
