How to fix UNEVEN String Sound on Electro Acoustic Guitars | Detailed Explanation

Addressing one of the very common issues that a lot of guitarists face while performing live, jamming or practicing is the uneven sound of guitar strings. Often this is not very audible while playing chords but when it comes to playing fingerstyle of leads, the balance is very well evident. After a saddle adjustment or sometimes even after a string change, this issue might pop up and bother every guitarist. Often misunderstood as a pickup issue or a manufacturing defect, this is not really that and has a fix that is something we highlighted in this video.

Tapping the saddle with the piece of wood was perfect advice. I couldn’t get my D and G strings to sound anywhere near the volume level of the rest of the strings until I did this. I was driving myself crazy! Thanks for taking the time and explaining this

Thankyou very very much Brother i was having a very hard time with this situation my b string sounded so low that it was hardly audible through the amp or in the DAW. And i agree i did tried fixing the saddle a couple of times and had no idea saddle was the culprit all along i was frustrated and was trying to save up for a new pickup but you sir saved my life! Instead of adjusting the same saddle i had a spare which did the job and guys please watch the full video the second hammer step is very crucial its like a crude way of equing your instrument lol. Loving my instrument again! Thankyou so much once again love and support from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Strydom has a solid top, so the sound is more defined. That being said, kepma eac has been a tried and tested instrument for many years. So we are sure about the durability of it. Awaiting the results of strydom from users.
