How to Fix Usb Pendrive 16gb Shows 8 MB (Solved)

In this video I will show you guys how to fix usb pendrive shows incorrect Capacity .
Commands :
diskpart
select disk 1
clean
create partition primary

It didn't work for me please help, i followed all the steps until create partition primary and that worked as well in the command prompt, but after that it didn't change the size and even after going in disk management it didnt show any partition even when it showed successfull in the command prompt. It's an micro sd 64gb SanDisk
