It works. My vivo was stuck in "Optimizing the App" when booting after a recent software update. I entered the menu using this video, and cleared the cache, booted into safe mode, and then rebooted. It's now normal again. Thanks a lot.

Another way you can open your phone is to use it in safe mode for some time and delete any malware or app you're suspicious of(causing the problem) then restart your phone from there on... This worked great for me and I didn't had to delete my data😊 Edit: if your phones are stuck on reboot screen(not switching on, just your phone logo) then try to open recovery mode and enter into safe mode(this is for troubleshooting your device and only has pre-installed apps that your phones come with).Once in check for any malware and remove it , if you can't find any then try to transfer all your data into another device and hard reset your phone(this option is also available in recovery mode). If your phone wont switch on and the screen is completely black then it might not help. Hope I made things clear .
