Let me tell you a story: I have a very important project starting next week. My PC was making some trouble so I decided to reset it completely. I installed Cubase and all my plugins. Everything worked fine until I installed my Waves stuff. Cubase wouldnt scan my VST3 plugins all of a sudden and didnt boot. I spent 3 nights trying to figure out what was causing the problems until I saw Waveshell VST3 popping up in the loading screen. I looked it up online and stumbled across your video. I tried to repair it and it worked! You sir are my personal hero.

Thanks a million bro. I've been heated for the last two days trying to resolve this error. I upgraded my OS from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and my activation license was invalid because the OS it was activated on changed. I didn't know that this was potentially the problem until I came across your video and then noticed that my Waves Central app was showing that my license was Activated on a Disconnected Device (my old OS). I followed your steps and was able to Recover my license and Activate it again on laptop. Once again, THANKS!

Hi I just updated my Waves V13 licenses to V14, everything works with V14 but when I launch an old session, the Waves plugins under V13 no longer open, which is very disturbing… do you have a solution? Thanks

Okay that wasn't my problem at all because I had activated the licenses already. The problem was waves being an ass because I didn't put the sd card with the licenses on it in the usb hub i'd installed them on, so now I guess I'm gonna have to remove them, and literally reinstall them in the exact same place because somebody wanted to make some shitty drm
