The printer is connected to the wifi and my computer is connected to the wifi. But the print jobs don't go through. On my computer it says the printer is "offline". Up until yesterday, it worked if I woke up the printer by pressing the touch screen (MFC L3770cdw). And this problem just began randomly. Up until this started, everything was working fine.

@@joecerullo1254 Same problem, for years. I run a very long network cable across the stairs for printjobs. How awful is that when it should have wifi capabilities.

Same problem here. I have my USB connected and it still says "cannot connect" I don't even want Wi-fi!!! I just want to use the USB but it won't let me! I even swapped out the cord I was using, reset the printer, and updated all the software and it still won't work. I swear it's a scam on brother's part!

I'm going to have to use usb instead of wifi. My pc never finds the printer unless I reconnect wifi on printer. I've worked in large enterprise network environments and this is terrible.
