After pressing Windows Key+X+Power, my HP laptop with Windows 10 turned on > Started updating > Updated 100% > Again showed Restarting > Restarted to Updating screen again > Updated 100% again > And voila... Showed the Desktop. It took around 20 min, and all this while I didn't touch it. May Almighty reward you. Keep up the good work.

I wasnot able to solve it by pressing the 3 keys for like 3 seconds but then i pressed the power button for like 5 seconds until your laptop turns completely off . so i think this might be the key for someone who is not pressing long enough .
