nothing responds on mine :) restarted the explorer and the bar is gone, its not opening cmd from the taskbar

i have two problems, first when startup it take too long the icon appear in desktop, second if i click refresh in the desktop all icon will be gone and it took 2-3min before it loads again. Im using SSD and i check it good health and no bad sectors. I try the procedure in the video sfc /scannow and DISM, it will not help.

I removed OneDrive and my File Explorer issues disappeared. Was the only thing that did work.
