This saved my life. I need to apologize. I heard your instructions and had zero faith. Unlike you, I did not make any changes in the word doc. I took a pdf converted it to docx and then to epub. One convrrter worked on one book but I needed another converter on the other. Bottom line both books are published. I had 100 errors.
