How to fix your horn when clockspring is the problem without changing the clockspring

I've got a 2016 ProStar international everything on my steering wheel works but the air horn just stopped so is that what I need to do

You will have to do some troubleshooting to see if your problem is the clockspring or not. Check your fuse panel for bad relay or fuse. See if you can get to the air horn and run an independent wire to a 12V wire or connect it to the battery, then tough the negative to any ground area. The air horn should work at that point.If it doesn't, then you have a bad horn. If you find that your clock spring is your problem, i have another video showing how to remove and install a new clockspring.

man, they really start falling about at that year. I'm suppose to be buying one and now I'm a little worried.

Just make sure your engine and transmission is good and you do a good inspection before you buy check your seals axle king pins.with used truck be prepared to put some money in it a few weeks are months down the road most of the issue might be minor.
