Sir Consider you have a design studio which works on both industrial and car design. My question is, if you have to hire someone then what is the one skill you would look for ????

It would depend on what part of the product I'm developing. If I was more focused about styling, car designer. If I'm more focused on functionality, product designer. But then you would look at portfolios and see who can deliver on both fronts.
