I assume so, but I would not flash a hotspot unless their support team tells you to. Check the links in my description, maybe they have a written guide or a different download for the Indoor model

It may be under a different letter, just be sure to verify that you're using the right letter or you might delete something off a different device or your computer. Sorry I'm not sure how to help with the light turning off. If you are unable to see it in your computer then it may be possible that you have a broken part somewhere, and I'm not too sure where you can get help because they seem to not respond to my emails anymore maybe join the helium discord and ask for help in there.

Hey, I just got a chance to try and finally troubleshoot one of my miners, the back has a solid yellow light, and the button on the back doesn't do anything no matter how long I hold it for, any idea what I should do next? I opened it up and it seems that everything is seated/connected properly. I just cannot get it to do anything but have a solid yellow light.

Have you tried flashing it? And you may want to join the helium discord and see if someone can help you in there because it seems that Nebra does not respond their emails anymore.

Question... I successfully updated my device to the most recent update (v1.3.2) and when I go to onboard, the app is telling me "Update Available 2019.11.06.00". Do you have any suggestions as to what to do? I've had the device for about two years now and needed to update before I could successfully onboard.

If it lets you update then go ahead and do it. If it doesn't update then I would suggest joining the helium discord and see if anyone has any suggestions in there.
