I don't think so you have to edit those bat files. There is a separate flash_all_except_storage.bat file for the dirty flash (i.e. flashing rom without wiping user data) inside all Xiaomi Fastboot rom folders.

Friend i am really afraid about this and i really consider for it to check a chip off reparation of 100€ for extract my data (is really important) I'm discovering your video right now! My situation is that: I just can acced to adb in sideload mode (my phone didn't startup and get looped at logo screen for ever... but recently i discover i can acced to recovery mode but not posible wipe cache (probably that be a solution because my error is strange, a service of google failed and then that...) Phone is in a bootloop, the boot animation gets stuck after "MIUI" logo and boots into recovery mode after sometime.
