hello, very good video, congratulations I was confused about some details. You have only formatted the internal storage. why was it not necessary to clean the partitions system, vendor, etc? and not even make use of firmware or vendor before installing the rom? as we do in K20 pro

Cleaning those was for old devices when you don't format data. Like we do for K20P. But for newer devices which has dynamic partition like RN10P we don't need yo wipe anything cause that doesn't work. Formatting data means you're now good to flash a rom if you just reboot the recovery once after formatting. No firmware is needed as I am switching from miui and this is a early build. We may need it in future but not needed for now.

What about the warranty, cause their motherboards are heck of a problem, Using MIUI your phone dies but can be recovered by warranty. Using Custom Roms your phone stays but warranty dies. ( Owner of a POCO X3 who spent 2500₹ for CPU rebailing, and waiting for another new device)

as the one have mi10t that gets deadboot. they still accept it(and yes i still custom rom that time) and give me the warranty. But here in philippines service center here told us that refund is based on how long phone use. so i get half of my money spent because it is weeks before 2yrs(mi10t has 2 yr warranty)

Didn't get your question, that's the recovery file. You can download and extract the zip and you'll get recovery(.img) file. Then just paste that inside platform tools folder

Quick question, have you tried to access the recovery after flashing this ROM? Do the files of the internal storage appear there? Also, does TWRP ask for the PIN/pattern to unlock? I had a pretty nasty issue with the TWRP on my Redmi Note 8 having encrypted folders in TWRP, where every folder had a name such as =178gg792yg9weywioye=. Is it the case here? EDIT: I just watched the video and it did ask the PIN. I missed that part when I wrote this comment

Generally need 7 days, I didn't have to wait at all, cause at the beginning I've added the account in mi unlock right when I started using it. I used the device 20-24 days then did the review and afterwards when I tried unlocking it just unlocked in one go. No waiting for me.

Here's a straight method for flashing roms, anything on or before K20P can be and should be decrypted for having seamless customrom flashing experience, later devices like RN10P, POCO F5 etc has dynamic partition where by default the storage like to be encrypted. If you do otherwise you may face problems while switching roms. Thanks, hope I could explain it well.
