Been trying to get my head around this for ages. Lowri had me helicoptering, but my brain has overloaded since. trying to get this move! One I'd love to see from you is zero-to-hero and also a flat water kick flip. I once saw Sam Ward doing a flat water move similar to this. He lifted the bow as if he was starting a normal double pump, but then seemed to put pressure on the back blade with his wrists cocked back so the pressure is on the power face. As he does this the bow of the boat sinks like the second part of the double pump, but also turns over as he twists his body into pretty much a back deck roll, but with most of his torso out of the water, not just his head. It looks really, really cool and he did it from a standstill. I wish I could describe it better than that, but it does basically seem to be a full kick flip on flat water.

Thanks Simon. Keep trying and you'll get there. Yeah, I know the trick you mean - I think some folks used to call it an orbit flip; I can definitely do a video on that and on the zero-to-hero.
