Why are there comments saying she used tons of concealer? She only used it for dark circles and pimples! This is the only "no foundation" tutorial I've seen where the artist doesn't just put concealer all over their face like it's foundation! If you don't want to put makeup over your discoloration, then don't, but don't expect your discoloration to be gone! ?

Yeah, the point here is clearly not to wear minimal makeup, but to get away from the all-over foundation specifically. She's wearing FOUR forms of highlighter and then blush on that :D Once you realize that, it's an interesting concept. I can see some reasons why you'd want to do that (maintenance mostly: instead of having foundation breaking up and wearing off unevenly all over, you have spots of concealer to deal with). It wouldn't work on me (I could never match one concealer that close to my skin's real tone + finish in all parts of face in variable lighting, for one thing), but it would be nice on some people.

There Are several nurses who wear makeup their whole shifts and if doesn’t budge since they use products that work for what they need. Concealer also fades. Give your skin a break from makeup. I used to feel I had terrible skin (which I did) and I kept piling up makeup to cover it up which didn't make it any better. My skin always looked extremely dull. I finally said f it and I started going w/out foundation and only spot concealed Mon-Fri. My skin looks better than I ever thought it would. Not only that but I think I encouraged other girls in the office to do the same because all of us rock natural skin. I only get dolled up weekends which saves money on the high end products I use.

Okay I just tried a new skin routine and it got rid of a lot of my spots and gives me a cute Dewey glow 💆‍♀️A face scrub that dries out your skin! You heard me. Explain later 🧖🏼‍♀️Optional: Next add your favourite fave mask to your face 👄 Scrub dem lips 🧼 After washing that off, use an unscented face cleanser and/or face wash 💦 rinse your face with pure water from hair line to collarbones 🧴use a moisturiser and an oil control product I use the garnier oil control complete vanishing cream 🥰❤️ Hope it helped ❤️🥰

Huge lash curling tip, when your curl your lashes clamp down on the lash curler... and rotate up!!! Honestly doubles the curl :)

I agree! I've tried so many non waterproof mascaras to see if any can hold a curl but they just can't. I can have them super curled and second I get mascara in their straight again. waterproof mascaras hold the curl perfectly :) I find olive oil the best to remove! super easy and doesn't clog pores.

I have been doing this look as my everyday look for years, I started doing it because foundation was never the right color or consistency for me and mascara always smudged and it was just annoying that I was putting money in to extra products and time into application and it was wearing off. No hate to those who wear more makeup but it's so much more comfortable and it wears off so natural this way plus my freckles show through it just feels less demanding and easier I also have beauty marks already, I actually darken them sometimes (looks odd to me if my brows are darker than them) but never thought to add one over a blemish haha
