For mobile 1. First grab the play 2. Ragdool it 3.look down and go back 4. Fling (Make sure you press the blue bottom not the white one)

Nice! The ragdoll part isn't necessary but it helps the character from glitching and not being flung.

Rookie mistake: don’t throw. Let go. 1. Grab the person (obviously) 2. Extend your grab line using middle click 3. Ragdoll them by rolling them across the floor without letting them go. 4. Put them on the floor and face the ground. Move backward. 5. Most importantly, look up, flick your mouse, and left click (in a few milliseconds.) It also works on mobile too! You just need to grab them and move your screen instead. For console, I don’t know… so yea
