watching your videos since long. i Dr Zalan Pediatric dentist. I passed all my components of MRCS Edinburgh and failed communication osce Twice. I am practicing all these trips including SPIKES, NWCPM, TRBAC, ICE, SPIES, BUCES protocols since one year. practicing with my colleagues and practicing in front of mirror daily for 3 to 4 hours. my only problem is that i got panic at that time and for that i have started propanolol and alprazolam. please tell me how can i overcome my anxiety and feel so relaxed,so that i can ask hidden agenda questions. looking forward to your expert opinion.
