Good video. In north america the insects are a bit different but gnat, caddis, mosquito are common world wide. Dun flies are very common here in Canada, its usually what I imitate. Best advice i can give for selecting a good fly is pick what ever looks most like a real insect. Ive never managed to catch a fish on anything but black, white and yellowish flies.

Hi Martin, fly selection is important as frequently trout rising get preoccupied by a certain emerging or falling fly. Also the finer tippet you can use the better.
