“Chute Powder” was popular in 70s when I was flying. (Baby and talcum powder cheaper). Not only did it help with chute deployment, with high altitude’s, you had a nice puff of💨 to help locate your kit in the sky. (Lost too many of them) 😉

The next time you make a video and goddamn parachutes, make it about parachutes
@Mr.Knallfrosch11 ай бұрын
Haha😂 Yeah right🤨👍 Video description: "How to fold a parachute". In the video: Not a single example on how to fold a parachute. Only a bunch of "useless" background information about parachutes.

Do a search for some older Centuri or Estes kits like the Saturn Vs which I think had 24” chutes. The instructions should show you how they recommend folding that size. This is pretty similar to what I recall doing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4jbnqKqq56ef7c. And I used “snap swivels” (like for fishing) to help avoid tangled lines from chutes spinning.

I refuse to believe you’ve seen that happen.

Ashton Kutcher?🤮🤮🤮 that door knob rocket looks really nice. I use baby powder on my chutes to keep em flexible.
