We call it Tofon and Longi in my region Sylhet in Bangladesh. And we wear this in different style and no need to use anything else as belt. It's very comfortable, specially for summer season. 💚🇧🇩

Well fun fact, it usually wear by villager. The modern era kind a erase sarung culture and not all people use it since they have jacket and other modern think. And iket beside could use as belt for sarung it could use for head bandana, usually call iket, totopong, udheng,udeng that of course you already know. Well since it traditional, it slowly erase from the culture. Indonesian more care about karate, judo, modern fashion, and modern cloth.
