Do any strollers have a better upright seat (both aer and yoyo aren’t even close to upright but I need a travel stroller!)

We I measured the angle of every stroller's seat in its most upright position because other people are concerned about that too. The Zoe Tour+ has a very upright seat at 71 degrees, versus 56 for the Joolz Aer, and 51 for the Butterfly and YoYo2. The Zoe Traveler probably has a good angle too but I haven't measured it. Some of the others with an upright seat include the Inglesina Quid, Summer Infant 3Dlite and Graco Nimblelite.

To be able to fold it do I have to put the seat in to recline position? I’ve tried with seat up and it wouldn’t lock to the frame

You shouldn't have to have it recline as far as I remember.
