How to Forage | Late Spring Greens

Came up empty handed while "stalking the wild asparagus" today. However, here are all the other wild edibles I found. What is a plant you wish you knew how to find?
In order:
-Garlic Mustard
-Mint
-Lesser Burdock
-Hops
-Hemlock (do not eat!)
-Lilac
-Red Raspberry
-Stepped on a snake
-Dandelion
-Chokecherry
-American Plum (sorta)
