How to Forgive

In this video, we discuss how to forgive others, how to receive forgiveness, and when it's necessary.
It's all too often that we avoid forgiving others (and even more so, ourselves) and we often have a hard time receiving forgiveness. This lack of giving and receiving forgiveness often leads to bitterness, hatred, anger, and a multitude of other emotional and spiritual issues within our own hearts. It is imperative that we seek to get through life knowing that forgiveness primarily helps the one giving it than it does the one receiving it (when we are talking about human to human interaction).
