I am considering using the Non-Residents Package. I know that this package includes three free services: Registered Office Address, Service Address, and Business Address. I want to inquire about what happens after the initial year of free usage for these three addresses. If I choose not to renew, which address will I be required to provide? As a non-UK citizen, can I use my country of residence as the Forwarding Address? If so, are there any additional costs associated with mail delivery to an address in my country of residence?

Thank you for your comment, Giuseppe! You should tell HMRC straightaway if your company is dormant. You can do so here - www.gov.uk/tell-hmrc-your-company-is-dormant-for-corporation-tax. You don’t need to pay Corporation Tax or file another Company Tax Return once you’ve told HMRC your company is dormant unless you receive a further notice to deliver a Company Tax Return. However, you must still file annual accounts and a confirmation statement with Companies House. When you set up a limited company with Companies House, HMRC are automatically informed. You will automatically receive your UTR number around 2 weeks after your company is set up.

Barclays are reluctant to offer business bank accounts to non-UK residents. It is unlikely you would be able to obtain one without attending the UK for a face to face meeting. We would recommend trying a different business bank accout provider such as Wise. Have you looked into Wise?
