How to Format Pie Charts in Looker Studio:
1) Open the Chart dropdown (right-hand-side menu) to convert your Pie Chart to a Doughnut chart
2) Click on STYLE (right-hand-side menu), to apply the following
↳ Add and customise a title
↳ Change the numbers of slices
↳ Change slice colours
↳ Change the slice values to percentage, numbers or dimension names
↳ Format the Legend
↳ Add a background colour
↳ Add and format borders
