These videos are such a great resource for free diving and spear fishing and I have really enjoyed getting out there without a wetsuit to try things out. I am planning to order an Elios wetsuit, and was wondering if you prefer the long john bottoms or the normal pants. Thanks!

If you did spear an undersized fish I guess you would have to take responsability for that action and swim in with your undersized catch and risk a 100% deserved ticket and public shaming on shore. Thanks for watching.

I guess I would have brought it in and accepted my ticket from a wardedn for an undersized fish and the public shaming that would go along with it if it were undersized. Luckily it was legal size!! But I decided to post this vid as a cautionary note of sorts.

Yes, and in southern CA you also need an Ocean Enhancement Validation for taking anything in SoCal waters.
