To unluck Draco V4,you need to go to the volcano island and find a secret entrace,where you will do the Trial of Flames,where you need to take the three lanterns to the top of the volcano. Before the time runs out. When complete,a door will open and u will respawn at the Dragon Dojo bonfire and choose your V4 settings

Complete all of the Dojo Trainers quest to obtain the Black Belt. Then craft the Dragonheart and Dragonstorm from the Dragon Hunter. Next get both the Dragonheart and Dragonstorm to 500 mastery to light the orange and green lanterns. Next complete a Leviathan raid and retrieve the Leviathan Heart using Beast Hunter. Then take the heart to Hydra Island and then drive your boat through the waterfall to freeze the island. When the island is frozen, talk to the Dragon Wizard NPC. After that go to the lanterns and light them all, the vault should open. After entering the vault it will tell you to go to the trial room on the Volcano Island. Head to the Volcano Island and enter this room to talk to the Statue NPC, the trials will begin. You have to bring THREE relics to the top and place it on the extractor, keep in mind you are UNABLE to use moves and only have 5 minutes. Lava will rise once a minute, if you are hit with the lava you will be reset back to the bottom. When all 3 relics are placed in the extractor you get V4!!!
