front roll is harder to lad clean since alot of people dont rotate enough and fall back on their butt

Is it easier when you do a grab? Because I have been trying this for a long time. I have a local contest and want to do this trick, because I've seen nobody doing it before. Im also going to try a tantrum. And at a lot of obstacles I already can do a 360 of. Hope this video helps me!

honestly will just need to do it more often and you will have better air awareness when grabbing
