Favorite trick to see the pros do behind the boat. When you do that pull and initial rotate forward, it feels like you are 20 feet in the air!

Wow super clean ! I think it's the clearer difference i have seen between this one and the s-bend... Which one do you think is the less dangerous to try when you have the raley ?
@jboneill5 жыл бұрын
They both feel pretty similar to me, but it’s probably safer to do a front flip
@RGonfire5 жыл бұрын
Hi JB how is it going? :) Can you please add a tutorial for the kicker front flip? That would be great! Can this also be done on a kicker that is not as steep? Your tutorials are awesome! Thanks a lot for all the videos!
@jboneill5 жыл бұрын
Yeah I can make a tutorial for it!

Amazing tutorial man I just have one question can a beginner use a hyperlite system lowback or does it have to be a pro?

Hi JB! Thanks for the video! Am I right that the rotation is generally initiated by the head and shoulders? Is it worthy to try doing the flip first on the trampoline?
@jboneill3 жыл бұрын
yes, pretty much same as trampoline

@jboneill5 жыл бұрын
A Raley
@erictowle65845 жыл бұрын
Could you do this the same(L foot forward) going from the outside in, on a cable spinning the other way?

Yes

Great tutorial as ever dude... As a side note and being a sports and fitness consultant, I would like to stress the importance of health and fitness levels through training properly. Combined with the warm up, stretch and the flexibility required to send said tricks. In my own experience, I have found it shocking at the total lack of any form of physical training, warm up or flexibility when wakeboarding amongst some others over the years. Neglecting the common basics and fundamentals can lead to the Forest Gump leggings, so why cut corners? It's a hard enough sport in it's own right. Shred smart, safe, have fun and learn the art... Just sayin' ;0)

Yeah a good ol’ 5 dollar box from Taco Bell should be a good warm up

Ha, ha. Don't get me started on nutrition! Taco Bell for sure, so long as you chew... 32 times for each tooth ;0)

isn't this actually called a Front Roll?
@jboneill5 жыл бұрын
No
@arnaudnaiwko5 жыл бұрын
I agree this trick should be called a front roll because it's the opposite of the back roll. A gymnastic front flip is more like a mexican roll. But JB is right, the "official" name is front flip.
@Sitasitikas5 жыл бұрын
In Europe, I have literally never heard anyone call this airtrick a front flip.
