How to fry chicken steaks to be juicy and soft as a soul
Preparation:
Cut the meat into steaks and beat with a pestle to a thickness of approximately 5mm. Roll half in flour, then scrambled and seasoned eggs, then overcook, and half in flour, scrambled and spiced eggs. Fry in preheated oil or lard on both sides until golden yellow.
The meat prepared in this way is really juicy and soft.
