Sam’s method is too robotic for me. As a creative entrepreneur, my process is different. Life isn’t all about maximizing productivity. I need time to feel & express myself. Sam thinks like an engineer. That doesn’t work for everyone. Made a channel where I talk about emotions & entrepreneurship. Thought you might enjoy it! Check it out :)

14:34 don't let it become your crutch. People are so obsessed about sleep or a routine that they think they shouldn't do anything that day because day didn't start perfectly and without it they can't function.

Right, just getting started.......It's easier said than done as a single mom building an empire to say no but to all single parents building their legacy ~ wake up earlier......get them to bed earlier........cook meals smarter.....frozen healthy options....crock pot....clean/work out gives you physical activity....what I love about this video is "delegation" - delegate what you can....you truly are trading your time for money.....babysitters from the daycare of schools (teachers, student teachers)......they ARE there...seek them out....I am learning to work out, go for a walk, something to generate movement when I begin to get overwhelmed & distracted. Thanks Sam! You're the first one that finally put everything I have been learning together in a strategy I can buy into. #askforhelp #outsource Love!

*It’s about embracing a beautiful dance of focus AND chaos* Both are necessary for progress. For example same actions and routines eventually produce diminishing growth in many areas. Or mastering just one area of knowledge/ skills can become detrimental to your ability to grow in that area. You need to be eclectic. For example Galileo’s astronomical discoveries were by products of having experimented with other fields like art, painting, drawing- without those other diverse studies he would not have been able to determine curvature to the planets and moons. It essentially comes down to having orderly chaos or seasonal chaos to thrive, evolve and growth the most long term. 😀 Wishing everyone incredible growth and memories this year!

This was a great watch this morning, thanks so much! I have been applying these methods and realising this myself even down to wearing the same clothes! So I am pleased - however - my problem is constant abuse from family as I am not there when they want me and get highly aggressive and unreasonable and lay massive guilt trips which has at times tipped me over the edge. No respect for what I do just toxic drama and abuse - I have walked away from this and will be moving - however its the guilt - I have trouble turning this of in my head and would like to know others have delt with getting on with their own life and a hideous toxic family that wont stop abusing you?
@tommynguyen85283 жыл бұрын
It’s difficult because you love them and don’t want to hurt them or have them think of you differently if you don’t fall for their guilt trips and manipulation and toxic vibes. You will have learn to love yourself and put YOU as priority. It will feel selfish and they will guilt trip you more even unintentionally. With time, they will learn you won’t tolerate the abuse. They abuse because you let them, it’s easy for them and convenient for them. It’s not your fault because they’ve conditioned and molded you growing up that way perhaps. But it is your accountability to remove yourself. It’s your fault if you continue to give them permission to abuse you. Put yourself first. I know this is 3 years ago, but I’m curious on your experience since then and if your situation have improved?
